NAIFA has secured an excellent lineup of keynote speakers for this year's Performance + Purpose Conference! The conference kicks off with Thursday's General Session featuring Scott Mann. Scott is a former Green Beret (U.S. Army Special Forces) and current author, speaker, and trainer. As a Green Beret in the United States Army, Scott Mann forged bonds and solved problems using values that moved people around the world to stand up for themselves. His secret? He was able to restore trust and create human connections in places where that didn’t seem possible. Scott teaches corporate leaders and their teams the relationship-building techniques that drive so many of his successful combat operations.

Lisa Skinner of NAIFA - Nebraska is the current Chair of the subcommittee and Kenneth Pendley of NAIFA - Georgia is the Vice Chair. Dulce Suarez-Resnick will talk about the culture, the generational differences and how to approach the topic of insurance in her breakout session at NAIFA Performance + Purpose. She will also cover the market place,  the distribution methods and marketing  to this segment of the population. 

Dulce Suarez-Resnick joined NCF Insurance Associates in 2009. She specializes in personal lines and commercial habitation risks, such as Condominiums and Homeowners Associations. Recently, she was chosen as 1 of the 10 finalists out of 77 applicants for the position of Insurance Commissioner of the State of Florida. She was Past President of the local chapter of the NAIW (National Association of Insurance Women) and the LAAIA (Latin American Association of Insurance Agencies) and has chaired the Legislative Committee of both associations. This breakout session is in partnership with LAAIA.
