Tri-Agencies Finalize New HRA Rule

The Internal Revenue Service, the Employee Benefits Security Administration, and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services issued a final rule that will expand the use of health reimbursement arrangements (HRAs) and could encourage employers to offer workers access to health insurance brokers, and private health insurance exchange programs.
